Instructions
On low heat or in a microwave safe bowl, heat the milk and chocolate while gently mixing continuously until there are no lumps left.
1/2 cup Non-dairy milk, 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
Remove from the heat and let the ganache cool until it's a consistency that you like.
Notes
Store any leftover ganache in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Or at room temperature covered or in a cake stand for up to 3 days. If using on a cake and you would like to portion out the cake to save for later, see directions below. Freeze cooked cake, presliced, for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving.
