Instructions
First, add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl or stand mixer with the paddle attachment and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Next, using a small sized cookie scoop, scoop the mixture into balls and place into an air tight container lined with wax paper. This will assure that they don't stick to the container.
These Energy Balls can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week. If they last that long!
Enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer, this mixture could be pressed into a 9x9 baking dish and put into the fridge for an hour to set before cutting into rectangles, resembling granola bars.Optional add-ins (in place of chocolate chips) could be dried fruit such as cranberries or blueberries, chopped nuts such as walnuts or pecans, white chocolate chips, or shredded coconut. The options are endless!Additionally, if you're a breastfeeding mama and would like to boost your milk supply, you could add 1/4 cup of Brewers Yeast to this recipe and reap the glorious benefits!
